Overview

CleanVerify ("we", "our", or "the app") is a cleaning documentation and proof-of-work tool developed by Vertex Lab Solutions. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how CleanVerify handles your information.

Data Collection & Storage

CleanVerify does NOT collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

All data — including client information, job records, photos, GPS coordinates, team member details, supply tracking, and reports — is stored locally on your device only.

Information You Provide

The app stores the following data locally on your device:

• Company Profile: Company name, email, phone number
• Client Information: Client names, contact details, addresses, locations, rooms
• Job Records: Check-in/check-out times, GPS coordinates, task completion, notes
• Photos: Before/after cleaning photos taken during jobs
• Team Members: Cleaner names, contact info, language preference
• Issues & Ratings: Reported issues, client satisfaction ratings
• Supply Tracking: Supply inventory status per location

Location Data

CleanVerify uses your device's location services to record GPS coordinates during check-in and check-out at cleaning sites. This data is stored locally and included in proof reports. Location access is only used when you actively check in/out of a job. We do not track your location in the background.

Camera Access

The app uses your device's camera to take before/after cleaning photos. These photos are stored locally within the app and are not uploaded to any server. Photos may be shared via PDF proof reports at your discretion.

Sharing

When you share a PDF proof report (via email, AirDrop, or other share methods), the report is sent directly from your device. CleanVerify does not transmit any data through our servers.

Data Export

You may export all your data in CSV or JSON format at any time from the app's Data Export feature. This gives you full control over your information.

Third-Party Services

CleanVerify does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service used is Apple's StoreKit for in-app subscription purchases, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Subscriptions

CleanVerify offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Solo, Team, Business plans). Subscription purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Terms of Service. We do not have access to your payment information.

Children's Privacy

CleanVerify is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Data Deletion

You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app from your device. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app permanently removes all your information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
