NerveCalm is a wellness application that provides breathing exercises, somatic exercises, mood tracking, and nervous system regulation tools. The App is designed for general wellness purposes only.
NerveCalm is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or disorder, including but not limited to anxiety, PTSD, trauma, panic attacks, or any mental health condition.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region; the exact price and renewal date are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. NerveCalm does not offer a lifetime or one-time-purchase option.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Vertex Lab Solutions and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex Lab Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without notice for conduct that violates these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York.
