PillPal Pro stores all your data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do NOT collect, transmit, or store your personal health information on any external servers.

If you choose to enable HealthKit sync, PillPal Pro may write medication intake data to Apple Health. This data is governed by Apple's HealthKit privacy policies. HealthKit integration is entirely optional and controlled by you in Settings.
If you use the Family Monitoring feature, medication adherence data may be shared between family group members via Apple's CloudKit. This data remains within Apple's ecosystem and is protected by Apple's privacy standards.
PillPal Pro uses local notifications to remind you about medications and appointments. These notifications are processed entirely on your device.
PillPal Pro does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share your data with any third parties.
Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.
You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the app from your device. Since data is stored locally, deleting the app permanently removes all your information.
PillPal Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
